Windows 2000 Resource Kit

The full resource kit is a purchased product, however many of the more useful tools can be obtained for free.

One tool i use regularly is the sc.exe application used for administering windows services. Using this tool you can write scripts to add/stop/start and most usefully delete windows services (something you cannot do using the net commands) you can also do some additional low level configuring.
