How to Hide Facebook profile from search engines

Search engines like Google,yahoo,etc. indexed all most every pages 
of Facebook including your profile page and brings them into the 
search results.Anyone can find their friends or family or strangers 
easily by simply typing their names.But there are many people who
don't want to expose their profile to anyone other than their friends.
In this post i am telling how you can hide your Facebook profile from
 search engines.

Instructions
1.First of all Sign in to Facebook.
2.Now Click on Privacy Setting.
3.Click on Edit your settings under Apps and Websites.

4.Then Click on Edit Settings under Public search.

5. Unchecked Enable public search under Public search.

6.Then in the next pop up window you have to click on Confirm.
It will take some time to hide your facebook profile from search engines.
